It often adopts a normally closed design, where the spring pushes the brake pad to clamp when there is no power, and automatically locks in case of power failure to prevent the equipment from losing control. It also has an automatic gap compensation mechanism built-in, which automatically adjusts the gap after wear and reduces the risk of manual intervention. The double-sided clamping design ensures even braking force, avoids equipment shaking and deviation during braking, and guarantees safe and stable operation.

With the help of sealing covers and dust rings to isolate dust, water vapor, and oil stains, friction materials containing anti pollution components such as graphite can work stably in mining, steel, ports, and other scenarios. The core components are made of cast steel or forged steel, with high rigidity. The floating clamp body can absorb impact vibration and is not easily loosened or damaged under lifting impact and mechanical vibration conditions.

The brake disc is exposed for easy observation of wear, and some parts are equipped with wear sensors that automatically sound an alarm when the threshold is reached. Replacing the brake pad only requires dismantling the quick connector, which can be completed by a single person in 10-30 minutes. The brake disc has high hardness and uniform wear, and can be used normally for 1-3 years. Minor scratches can be repaired by turning, reducing spare parts replacement and lowering maintenance costs.
