YW-E Series Electro-Hydraulic Drum Brake
Purpose and Main Characteristics：

Mainly applicable to the braking of crane travelling mechanisms and the service braking of belt conveyors. This series is a two-stage braking device, with the second-stage braking time adjustable via a one-way speed control valve, delivering smooth, safe and reliable braking performance.

Mounting dimensions comply with DIN 15435 and JB/T 7021-2006 standards.

Features smooth braking with safe and reliable performance.

Main swing hinge points are fitted with self-lubricating bearings, ensuring high transmission efficiency and a long service life.

Braking torque is displayed directly.

Equipped with a clearance holding device to prevent brake linings from floating on the brake drum.

For outdoor applications exposed to rain, snow or corrosive gases and media, anti-corrosion rated products shall be adopted.
Operating Conditions:
- Ambient temperature: -20 ℃ ~ 50 ℃
- Relative air humidity: ≤ 90%
- Service altitude: Complies with GB 755-2008
- No flammable, explosive or corrosive gases in the working environment; explosion-proof or anti-corrosion rated products shall be adopted for such conditions.

Product Overview
The YW-E series electro-hydraulic drum brake is a braking device integrating electric drive and hydraulic transmission. Adopting a drum brake structure, it is suitable for various working conditions requiring high-precision and high-reliability braking performance. Its connection dimensions and braking torque parameters comply with JB/T 6406-2006, JB/ZQ 4388-86 (including Series A) and DIN 15435 standards, and it is matched with Ed series thrusters complying with DIN 15430 standards. The applicable wheel diameter is typically 200–400 mm, with a braking torque range of 200–2500 Nm, which varies with different models.
