YWZ12 series electric hydraulic drum brake
Purpose and main characteristics：
- The installation dimensions of this series of brakes comply with the GB6333-86 standard.
- Safe and reliable performance, smooth braking, high operating frequency.
- Equipped with a chain type equal clearance device, it always maintains equal clearance of the two side pads during use, avoiding the phenomenon of one side of the brake pad floating against the brake wheel due to uneven clearance.
- The main swing hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and long service life, and do not require lubrication during use.
- The brake spring is arranged inside the spring tube and equipped with a brake torque scale on one side for easy and intuitive adjustment.
- The asbestos free brake pads and brake pads adopt a card insertion type. Safe and reliable, easy and fast to replace.
- According to customer requirements, an upward display can be added.
Conditions of Use:
-Environmental temperature: -20 ℃~50 ℃.
-The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%.
-The altitude of the usage location complies with GB755-2000.
-There shall be no flammable, explosive or corrosive gases in the working environment. Otherwise, explosion-proof or anti-corrosion products should be used.

Product Introduction
The YWZ12 series brake consists of two main parts: a matching brake frame and a YT1 electric hydraulic thruster. When powered on, the electric hydraulic actuator moves, its push rod quickly rises, and opens the brake pad through lever action; When there is a power outage, the push rod of the electric hydraulic actuator rapidly descends under the action of the spring force and closes the brake pad through the lever action, thereby achieving braking. The installation dimensions comply with GB6333-86 standard, and the technical requirements comply with JB6406-2006 standard. The main performance is safe and reliable, with smooth braking and high operating frequency. Mainly used for deceleration or parking braking of mechanical drive devices in lifting, metallurgy, mining, ports, docks, construction machinery, etc.
