YW Series Electro-Hydraulic Drum Brake
Purpose and Main Characteristics:

Main swing hinge points are fitted with self-lubricating bearings, ensuring high transmission efficiency and an extended service life.

Braking torque is displayed directly.

Manual brake release function for convenient maintenance.

Equipped with an automatic compensation device that enables automatic compensation for brake lining wear.

Fitted with an interlocking uniform clearance device to prevent the brake linings from floating on the brake drum.
Operating Conditions:
- Ambient temperature: -20 ℃ ~ 50 ℃
- Relative air humidity: ≤ 90%
- Service altitude: Complies with GB 755-2008
- No flammable, explosive or corrosive gases in the working environment; explosion-proof or anti-corrosion rated products shall be adopted for such adverse conditions.

Product Overview
The YW series electro-hydraulic drum brake drives the hydraulic pump by electric power, which pushes the brake shoes to clamp the brake drum and achieves braking through friction. For resetting, the brake shoes are separated by the return spring.
It delivers safe and reliable braking performance, ensuring that mechanical equipment can stop timely and accurately during operation and effectively safeguarding the safety of both equipment and personnel. Braking operation is free from severe impact or vibration, which reduces wear and damage to mechanical equipment while enhancing the operational stability of the equipment.
This brake is suitable for frequent braking applications and is ideal for mechanical equipment requiring frequent start-stop operations, such as hoisting machinery and transportation machinery. Adopting a combined motor and hydraulic control system, it features a significantly improved response speed compared with traditional pure hydraulic braking or other drive methods. The YWZ9 series, for instance, achieves a 40% increase in response speed.
