YWZ8 series electric hydraulic brake

Purpose and main characteristics:
- Widely used for deceleration or parking braking of mechanical drive devices such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, docks, and construction.
- The installation dimensions and braking torque parameters comply with JB/ZQ4388-1997, and the technical requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006.
- Safe and reliable performance, smooth braking, and high operating frequency.
- The main swing hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency, long service life, and do not require lubrication during use.
- The asbestos free brake pads and brake pads adopt a card insertion type, which is safe and reliable, and easy and fast to replace.
- Interlocking equal clearance device: During use, always maintain equal clearance between the two side pads to avoid the phenomenon of one side of the brake pad floating against the brake wheel due to uneven clearance.
Conditions of Use:
-Environmental temperature: -20 ℃~50 ℃.
-The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%.
-The altitude of the usage location complies with GB755-2008.
-There shall be no flammable, explosive or corrosive gases in he working environment. Otherwise, explosion-proof or anti-corrosion products should be used.

Product Introduction

YWZ8 series electric hydraulic drum brake Composition structure: It mainly consists of two parts: the brake bracket and the hydraulic thruster. The brake bracket is the main structure that supports and fixes the braking components, while the hydraulic thruster is the key component that provides braking power.
● Compliant with standards: The installation dimensions and braking torque parameters comply with JB/ZQ4388-1997 standard, and the technical requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006 standard.
Working principle
● When powered on: the driving motor drives the shaft and the impeller on the shaft to rotate, generating pressure inside the piston. Oil is sucked from the upper part of the piston to the lower part, forcing the piston and the push rod and crossbeam fixed on it to quickly rise. Through the mechanical compression of the load spring by the lever, mechanical motion is generated to achieve braking.
● When the power is cut off: the impeller stops rotating, and the piston rapidly descends under the force of the load spring and its own gravity, forcing the oil to flow back into the upper part of the piston and return to its original position through the lever mechanism, releasing the brake.
