Purpose and main characteristics:
- The DYT series electric hydraulic push rod is a hydraulic driven robotic arm that integrates mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic functions. It is suitable for linear (or angular) motion that requires reciprocating pushing and pulling. It can also be used in places that require lifting, lowering, or clamping of work objects, and can achieve centralized or automatic control in remote hazardous areas. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, power, coal, machinery, transportation, grain, chemical, cement, water conservancy, building materials, transportation and other sectors, it is a universal power source.
- Electric hydraulic push rod is a new type of flexible transmission mechanism that integrates mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components. It consists of an actuator (oil cylinder), a control mechanism (hydraulic control valve group), and a power source (oil pump motor, etc.). (1) Compact structure, easy installation, small space occupation, and simple maintenance.
(2) Can start with load and has overload protection function.
(3) The circuit is equipped with a bidirectional hydraulic lock, which can stop at any position within the specified travel range and self lock, while maintaining the same output force.
(4) Push pull force and speed (user requirements) are infinitely adjustable, with a wide range of driving force.
(5) Due to power outage, the push rod is self-locking to avoid accidents.
(6) Adopting full hydraulic transmission, with sensitive action and smooth operation, it can effectively buffer external impact forces and precise stroke control (0.5mm ≥).
(7) The electromechanical hydraulic integrated fully enclosed structure, with the working oil circuit circulating in a pressure free enclosed steel frame, has a small volume, no oil leakage, and does not absorb dust or water in harsh working environments. It does not corrode internally and has a long service life.

The DYT series electro-hydraulic push rod is a hydraulic driven robotic arm that integrates mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic functions. Composed of an actuator (oil cylinder), a control mechanism (hydraulic control valve group), and a power source (oil pump motor, etc.). The electric motor drives the bidirectional hydraulic pump to output pressure oil in both forward and reverse directions, and sends it to the oil cylinder through the hydraulic control valve to achieve the reciprocating motion of the piston rod. According to the structural form, it can be divided into integral straight type (DYTZ type), parallel type (DYTP type), and separated type (DYTF type). The stroke of the push rod is usually between 50-3000mm, and there are various types of push-pull modes such as single push, single pull, and push-pull. The speed regulation modes include push-pull speed regulation, pull speed regulation, push-pull speed regulation, or no speed regulation at all. The locking modes include push-pull locking, pull locking, push-pull locking, or both push-pull and non locking.
