Product Overview
The YDF (P) Series Electro-Hydraulic Duct Ventilation Actuator typically adopts electro-hydraulic thrusters as its power unit. When the motor is energized, the thruster drives the associated components to rotate the butterfly disc by 90°, thereby opening the air duct. When the motor is de-energized, the butterfly disc rotates back 90° via the torsion spring, closing the air duct accordingly.This device is primarily designed for dust collection applications, including dust removal in the charging system of ironmaking blast furnaces, flue gas dedusting at hot metal ladle stations, and high-concentration dust removal in sintering plants.
