SBD-C series safety brake...

The SBD-C series safety brake is a hydraulic driven normally closed high-power braking device, mainly used for low-speed shaft braking, in compliance with JB/T 10917-2008 standard. Adopting a normally closed design, relying on a specially designed disc spring to apply force and brake, and releasing through hydraulic drive. During normal operation, the hydraulic system provides pressure to compress the disc spring and release the brake; When the hydraulic system loses pressure or an emergency situation occurs, the disc spring releases energy, pushing the brake components to tightly hold the brake disc and achieve braking. Suitable for brake disc diameter ≥ 1800mm, braking force of 108kN-306kN, and cylinder working pressure of 9.5MPa or 8MPa.
